A headache translates literally as "dolor de cabeza". The most common word for tablets or pills is "las pastillas". When you need to know how frequently to take your medication, use the phrase "¿Con qué frecuencia...?" (With what frequency...?). The phrase for "after meals" is "después de las comidas".
