When talking about family in Spanish, you use possessive adjectives which match the number (singular/plural) of the person being owned, not the owner.
Possessive Adjectives: Use Mi (my) for singular (mi padre) and Mis for plural (mis hermanos). Similarly: Tu/Tus (your) and Su/Sus (his/her/their).
Asking Age: In Spanish, you "have" years, you "are" not years old. To ask age: ¿Cuántos años tienes? (How many years do you have?). To answer: Tengo ... años.
