Grammar Tips: Avoir & Aller

Avoir (To Have): Use the verb avoir to express possession or abstract states. For example, J'ai un problème (I have a problem).

Aller (To Go) for States: In French, things "go" rather than "are". So, "Everything is good" is translated with the verb aller: Tout va bien (Everything goes well).
