Navigating Italian Verb Conjugations

Unlike English where verbs change very little, Italian verbs conjugate (change their ending) depending on *who* is doing the action. This game helps you match the right verb ending to the correct subject.

Grammar Tips: Regular vs Irregular

Regular verbs follow a strict pattern based on their infinitive endings (-are, -ere, -ire). For example, "lavorare" (to work) becomes "io lavoro" (I work).

However, some of the most common verbs are highly irregular! Fare (to do/make) becomes "tu fai" (you do), and Andare (to go) becomes "noi andiamo" (we go).
